Life is a journey and sometimes in the fast paced every day it feels more like a race. It is only when we are forced to stop that we recognize that changes need to be made. It is when our bodies break down and pain shows up, fight or flight then becomes our everyday reality. It is then we realize that there has to be more to life than this race to the inevitable end.
My holistic health practice was born out of one such time. When I decided that I needed to make a change for myself and my wellbeing, I wanted to help others do so as well. My choice to study Reflexology opened a door that has led me down a beautiful path of studying and practicing different modalities along with recognizing and embracing my own natural gifts.
